Liz Francis

Liz Francis, a native of Billings, Montana, possesses extensive knowledge of the region's real estate industry. She began her career as the Marketing Director for a local title company, where she established enduring relationships with key market players such as realtors, bankers, and others. With a background in psychology and international business, Liz brings a unique combination of marketing and negotiation skills to her clients. She is a 40 under 40 honoree and the President of the Billings Association of Realtors in 2023. Her passion for her clients and exceptional background have resulted in her being voted as Billings Best Realtor twice by readers. To better serve her clients, Liz established North Acre Real Estate, a boutique firm that she manages with her partner. She takes great pleasure in mentoring fellow real estate professionals. Liz and her husband and two children call Billings their "home," and she considers it a privilege to assist others in finding their own perfect place.

Amanda Sanders

Broker/Owner

As a lifetime resident enjoying Montana's natural playground, Amanda's insight & experience connects clients with their vision of Montana living. Her commitment to the industry shifted full time & full speed ahead in 2013. Since then she led one of the areas top producing real estate teams for 2015, & launched her previous firms Luxury Homes Division. 2017 brought the opportunity to partner up with the creation of North Acre Real Estate. As supervising broker & co-owner of this independent real estate office, her love for marketing-design, training & leadership continues to new levels. Amanda continues to stay in front of the trends through specialized trainings, national networking resources, & professional memberships. Drew Stensland

As a Montana native and an avid real estate investor it only seemed natural for Drew to dive into the real estate world full time. Three years ago Drew joined North Acre Real estate as an agent and continues to find success for himself and his clients. Whether it be helping a first time home buyer, finding just the right luxury property, or helping an investor expand their commercial portfolio Drew loves every aspect of the profession. Drew is quoted as saying he is truly honored when someone puts their trust in him to assist with the biggest purchase they will ever make in their life. As a true Montana native Drew enjoys hunting, working out, being outside, and most importantly snowboarding.

Kim Connolly

Hi!  My name is Kim Connolly and I was born and raised on a small sugar beet farm in Eastern Montana.  After graduating high school, I moved to Billings to attend MSUB to strengthen my background in Business and eventually set down some roots of my own. I have called Billings home ever since.  I started my career in real estate at a local title & escrow company where I loved watching people achieve their own American dream!  Having this background has given me the knowledge to create solutions for a multitude of issues that can arise in this industry.  Since then, I have gone on to join the team at North Acre as a Real Estate Agent.  I’m high energy and extremely dedicated.  I have a son who is 13 years old and he keeps me busy!  I remember when my son and I found our forever home, it’s an amazing feeling and I would love to help you find yours!  It doesn’t matter if it’s your first or forever home, I’m here to help you find your place to set down your own roots to call home.

Brandie Stordahl

I have been a Montana resident for over 25 years. I ventured here from seeking good colleges and an accessible outdoor life. After many years in healthcare I decided that something more adventurous that would still allow me to help people along the way was what I had been seeking. Real Estate is where I truly needed to be and I plan to stay indefinitely. This complex career allows me to challenge and further educate myself in ways I never imagined. Along the way I have become MRP Certified (Military Relocation Professional) which enables me to help military clients on a higher level. I soon plan to earn my Brokers License which will expand my knowledge base even further. Whether you are a first time home buyer or downsizing, walking clients through the buying and selling process is what I absolutely love to do!!

My husband and I and our two Sons have bought our first home together, then built our second home so I know the excitement but also the stress that can come with both of these. These experiences will allow me to assist you with patience and understanding in your process too!
